Bent Tree Plantation is one of the select communities in Ocean Isle Beach with direct Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) access. Take in the water views from our clubhouse, swimming pool/hot tub, and dual piers with docks. Bent Tree Plantation is convenient to restaurants, shops, banks, gas, groceries, and downtown Shallotte.
Upon entering our gated community of gently rolling roadways weaving through a woodland setting, you’ll want to call it home. 

Our ideally sized community has a variety of single-family homes and waterfront condos restricted from short-term rental. While away the afternoon fishing, crabbing from the docks, or rocking on the waterfront swings, watching the boats along the ICW. Or bring your beverage of choice to the expansive upper clubhouse deck and watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see. There’s also a storage yard for boats, trailers, campers and RVs.

We are five minutes from the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle, 40 minutes from the East Coast playground of Myrtle Beach, and 50 minutes from historical downtown Wilmington.
